DESCRIPTION: Self Levelling is an advanced, high-strength polymer-based underlayment developed for residential, and commercial applications. This product is specially formulated to provide a rapid setting and smooth underlayment suitable for correcting uneven sub-floors prior to the installation of floor coverings.
Its high-strength formulation is suitable to repair a range of sub-floor types including sand and cement screeds and concrete floors. Once applied, the floor is able to receive light foot traffic after 1 – 2 hours. Floor coverings – such as carpet, tiles, vinyl, and engineered wood – can typically be installed 24 hours after application.
USES:
- Tylon self-levelling screed is specially formulated to provide ease of application.
- It is suitable where a perfect level, rapid hardening, and long-lasting properties are required.
- Tylon self-levelling screed is used to rectify imperfect and damaged concrete and other cement-based floor surfaces. 1-20 bed thickness.
- The product has excellent shrink resistance.
BENEFITS: Self-levelling screed creates a smooth and even surface that could easily accommodate different floor coverings such as carpets or tiles. Because it is self-levelling, it does not require the use of men on their hands and knees using levelling boards, unlike the traditional screed installation.
